What is your return policy?
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy that lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Contact us at email@example.com if you would like to request a return or exchange.
Do you have prescription glasses?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer prescription or reading lenses, however they are certainly on our radar. We are also looking into overglasses and clip-ons as potential future products. If you are interested, please let us know via social media or email, and subscribe to our mailing list so we can let you know if we release them!
How do you ship?
We ship all of our orders from the United States with USPS First Class or Priority Mail to ensure they arrive in as timely a manner as possible. For most orders, we will dispatch your package within one business days of receiving order confirmation, after which it will take 1-3 days to arrive at most US addresses and 3-12 days to arrive at most international addresses.
I live internationally – will I need to pay customs?
We try our best to avoid incurring customs fees, but occasionally local post offices can hold packages until a fee is paid (particularly in Europe). If this happens to you, just let us know and we'll take care of it!
